2. The Ultimate Folding Scooter

   The latest in our line up of super convenient folding scooters and following on from the success of the Minimo and Minimo Plus.

   A larger design, offering more space, comfort and capability whilst still providing the transportability you need to go where you want, when you want. With the same simple one lever action as the Minimo, the Maximo can be folded in seconds and ready for the car boot or easy storage.

     

   Fully adjustable tiller, quick release seat with adjustable swing-away armrests mean that every owner can achieve a comfortable driving position. Comfort and stability are also provided by a specification that includes large pneumatic tyres, mono-shock rear suspension, rear anti-tip castors, a powerful 270 watt motor and high quality 70 amp control.

     

   A lightweight lithium battery weighing just over 7lbs (3.3kgs) provides a range of up to 12.5 miles (20km) for users up to 21 stone (133kgs). When recharging is required, the battery pack can be easily removed and taken indoors, leaving the Maximo packed in the boot and ready for the next trip out.

   When folded it measures just 47”(120cm) long by 24”(60cm) wide and 21.5”(55cm) high. Impressively compact and transportable for a scooter offering large scooter levels of comfort and stability.

4. New Enhanced TGA Maximo – 2016 Model

   It’s arrived! In our showroom now and ahead of it’s launch at the NEC later this month – the latest TGA Maximo. Featuring an adjustable tiller and an altogether new detachable seat, this 2016 model is a force to be reckoned with compared to its rivals.

        

   The Maximo is a spacious, 4mph folding scooter that is based on the best-selling smaller TGA Minimo. This larger scooter combines advanced transportability, high quality ergonomic design and superior levels of comfort and stability. Despite its larger size, the Maximo is still an ideal car boot scooter that can be quickly folded.

   The adjustable tiller will allow every owner to relax their shoulders, arms and hands completely when driving – especially essential for end users with Arthritis, Parkinson’s or Stroke. The latest Maximo also encompasses a more supportive seat that is adjustable to further enhance comfort and stability.

6. TV’s Dr Hilary Jones Impressed By New TGA Maximo Scooter At Mobility Roadshow

   The new folding Maximo mobility scooter making its debut at this year’s Mobility Roadshow, was demonstrated to Dr Hilary by Tim Ross, TGA National Sales Manager. 

   TGA has successfully showcased its leading range of mobility scooters, hosted a safe driving awareness programme and welcomed TV’s Dr Hilary Jones onto its exhibition stand at the Mobility Roadshow that was held 25-27th June 2015, Donington Park, Derby.

   Dr Hilary is currently Good Morning Britain’s Health Editor and is a respected medical broadcaster, writer and GP. He was given the honour of opening the 2015 Mobility Roadshow and a guided tour around the show focusing on new and innovative products.

   

   The Maximo is the latest addition to this new TGA family of folding scooters that combines feature-rich design with leading transportability.

   It can be folded into a compact size with a single, one-handed operation and requires no parts to be dismantled for storage.

   Despite its longer and wider chassis, the Maximo can be easily stored in the boot of a hatch back, estate car or 4×4. The Maximo ‘ride’ is one of the smoothest available through active, all-round suspension and pneumatic tyres.

8. New TGA Maximo

    

   TGA is delighted to unveil the larger 4-wheel version of the pioneering ‘Minimo’, with the new folding 8mph ‘Maximo’! Thanks to our excellent continuing relationship with TGA we are now able to provide you with their newest mobility scooter.

   

   The new Maximo promises to deliver even higher levels of consumer interest than those associated with its smaller predecessor, the Minimo. Introduction of the Minimo represented the beginning of a new genre of compact, folding car boot scooter that provides greater levels of transportability and flexibility. Its optional lightweight lithium battery (only 2.65kgs) is a true groundbreaking development that can be lifted by a single finger and continues to be available with the Maximo. The Maximo now builds on these outstanding fundamentals to provide a larger, 4-wheel version with greater 17.5 stone (115kg) user weight capacity and an even better driving experience. With more range, features and comfort, the Maximo now combines all the benefits of a collapsible car boot scooter with a larger standard 8mph model. The TGA Maximo can be folded into a compact size with a single, one-handed operation and requires no parts to be dismantled for storage. Despite its larger size, the Maximo can be easily stored in the boot of an estate car or 4×4 for wider owner freedom with no hassle at all. From high visibility, low energy LED lights to a fully adjustable, folding orthopedic seat, the Maximo combines an impressive range of characteristics – all engineered with a precision, quality finish.
