Wheelchair NHS Vouchers Now Accepted

MobilitySure is pleased to announce that it has been accepted onto the list of approved suppliers from the Specialist Mobility Rehabilitation Services which allocates a voucher that contributes to the cost of a wheelchair. Anyone who receives a voucher can now visit our store and purchase a suitable wheelchair with the correct specifications.

In our showroom you can view many variations and styles of wheelchairs, these may be self propel or transit in design.  We stock many different makes of which Karma and Roma Medical are always available.

MobilitySure is a new retail outlet in Poulton-le-Fylde, offering a wide range of equipment to help aid independence and mobility. We are open six days a week and offer a variety of products, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs, walking aids, rollators, bathroom and kitchen aids, home nursing aids and rise & recliner chairs.
